Survivor Series (1989) on kaikkien aikojen kolmas Survivor Series PPV -show , jonka on tuottanut amerikkalainen painipromootio World Wrestling Federation (WWF). Esitys
pidettiin 23. marraskuuta 1990 Rosemont Horizonissa Chicagon Rosemontin esikaupunkialueella Illinoisissa Yhdysvalloissa .
Se oli ensimmäinen Survivor-sarjan esitys, jossa oli selkeästi nimetyt joukkueet, jotka koostuivat neljästä (enemmistöstä viidestä) jäsenestä.
